Why We Over-Communicate Before a Tour
What a one star review taught us about setting expectations for long travel days and wildlife.

Transparency in travel is not a slogan, it is a set of decisions made before you ever book.
We publish the full price. Entrance fees, taxes and the driver are already in it. There are no credit card surcharges at checkout and no surprise fuel line at the end of the day.
We publish the real travel time. If a day runs nine hours, we say nine hours, not six. Long days are worth it when you know what you are agreeing to.
We publish what a tour is not. If a site is not included, if lunch is on you, if there is a long walk in the heat, it is written down before you commit.
Small group travel works when expectations match reality. That is the whole idea.
Want to see this part of the coast?
We run small-group days to every place mentioned here, guides included.
