Cancel a booking
Cancellations are handled by our team on the phone, so nothing sits unanswered in an inbox. Have the details below to hand and we can tell you where your booking stands straight away.
What to have ready
The booking reference from your confirmation, the date of the experience, the lead traveller's name, and the email address you booked with. The same details are on your account page.

This is the quickest way to cancel. Tell us the reference and we take it from there, then confirm in writing what you get back.

What you get back
