The booking, cancellation and liability policy that applies to every Costa Riviera Tours Maya experience.
Booking and payment
A reservation is confirmed when we receive your booking and send a confirmation email. Prices are per guest unless a product states otherwise, and they include entrance fees and taxes. Where online payment is offered, the charge appears at checkout before you confirm.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund, between 24 and 48 hours for half of the amount paid, and inside 24 hours with no refund. If we cancel a tour for weather or safety, you receive a full refund or a free move to another date.
Changes to your booking
Date and guest-count changes are free where availability allows, and can be made up to twenty four hours before pickup by replying to your confirmation email.
Health, safety and fitness
Some tours involve swimming, walking on uneven ground and long drives. Tell us about mobility needs, pregnancy or medical conditions when you book so we can advise honestly. Guides may adjust a route for the safety of the group.
Liability
We operate with licensed drivers, certified guides and insured vehicles. Personal belongings remain your responsibility. Adventure activities carry inherent risk and guests take part at their own discretion.
Wildlife
Sightings of turtles, whale sharks, manatees and other animals cannot be guaranteed. Our guides follow sanctuary rules at all times and never handle wildlife.
