How Costa Riviera Tours Maya handles your personal data, in plain language.

What we collect

Your name, email address, and the details needed to run a tour or transfer: pickup location, dates, group size and any notes you give us. If you create an account, we store a securely hashed password. We never store card numbers.

Why we collect it

To confirm your booking, arrange pickup and communicate changes. With your consent, to send the monthly newsletter.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your day: your guide, your driver and, where a tour crosses a marine park, the relevant sanctuary authority. Payments, when taken online, are processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for five years to meet accounting requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is removed on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act within thirty days.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
