Travel with Trust: Why Transparency Matters
Why we publish every fee, every hour and every limitation before you book, and what that does to a holiday.
Transparency in travel is not a slogan, it is a set of decisions made before you ever book.
We publish the full price. Entrance fees, taxes and the driver are already in it. There are no credit card surcharges at checkout and no surprise fuel line at the end of the day.
We publish the real travel time. If a day runs nine hours, we say nine hours, not six. Long days are worth it when you know what you are agreeing to.
We publish what a tour is not. If a site is not included, if lunch is on you, if there is a long walk in the heat, it is written down before you commit.
